Okay, so over the last few years I have gotten to a point w/ my weight that I can no longer stand!!! I just look at myself and think UGH!!!! hence the title of the post. I am truly Mikey anymore just shoveling in the food whether I am humgry or not. It's like my stomach tells me I have to have it. whatever it is. My husband tells me I am beautiful the way I am-fat and all. He likes that I am curvy, and I like some of my curves; however instead of being just voluptuous anymore I have gone overboard. Plus I know that age puts on weight sometimes but come on I am only 28. I want to be 120 lbs again, wearing a size 4 but my doc says NO WAY!! she only wants me down to 140 at the most so here I go on my journey to lose 68 lbs. And hey at least it isn't 168 lbs to lose. I just have to take it one day at a time. So, tomorrow I start Weight Watchers. I am doing the Core program which is more convenient for me than the points system. I get to eat lots of stuff I actually like and try new things. Like tonight I tried raspberries for the first time in my life (yes i have had raspberry flavored stuff but never fresh raspberries) and I loved them! And i can have all the fresh fruit i want. I also didn't know that I liked raw carrots and they are actually really good. So anyway, wish me luck on the weight loss thing.

My new weight watchers buddy. Are you guys doing WW at work again?? I miss that. Wish they would let me come to meetings. I'm doing points. I've got 20-25 to lose. 145 or 150 would work for me. Lose the weight I gained after leaving WAmu!! All the stress was put aside by food!!!!!!! YUMMMMMM
We'll have to share recipes. I lost alot 15lbs on WW last time in what 10 weeks. Plus I wasn't really hardcore just tried to stick to the plan as much as I could.

We can eat at chick fila in the mall......they are weight watcher friendly. Pollo Ranchero at the mexican rest. w/o cheese sauce is good for WW.
Although I'm not sure about the core plan....that seemed hard.
alright...food buddies..lol. :) i am on the core but not hard core just doing the best i can. :) i will always take recipes!!!
Good luck! Why is it so easy to pack on the weight but so hard to get rid of it? It's not fair!
my sentiments exactly..i mean i didn't put it on overnight even though it seems like it however i want it off overnight..lol.. go figure right. but thanks!!
